Read A Book
That’s right. Read the book you pick and you always wanted to but didn’t get time. This is the best time to read. And book means proper book, not blogs, not tweets an actual book because you might read other things in free time at the office and it will take few minutes to finish plus you will get more boredom once finish reading. But if you start reading the book it helps you for a long period of time and creates interest in you.
Play some brain stimulating games

A game that helps you get away from stress and boredom and you can actually get into the zone of playing the game until you win. It not only helps you cut the time in traffic jams but also helps you make your mind sharp. Break Bad Habits
It is not necessary it bad habits is only smoking. Including smoking, it also includes drinking and food mainly street food and junk food. Types of Yoga such as puffing up your cheeks, stick your tongue out for as long as you can, stare at the ceiling, make an ‘O’ with your lips, fish face, carry an astonished or startled look and tilt your head sideways to kick that double chin out of your life. It is also important that you do this twice or thrice a day.
Good time to chant
One thing we all have common in a traffic jam is listening to good music and kill our time. While we listen to music it is also nice to chant at your favorite singer’s song. Some find chants more relaxing and is good to start a fresh day. Chanting sometimes also helps you in stress and to gather your thoughts.
You can also listen to some religious music or meditation music.
Some things that you should never do when someone is around are cutting your nails, cleaning your ears, etc. that no one wants to see. The perfect time to do such things is when your car is in traffic. It will make you not outside but clean and good inside too.
